A. Not at all. This course was designed to give you complete flexibility. Most people complete the course over a period of days or, if they have enough time, even weeks. The course is broken up into fourteen chapters. Each chapter has a few short sections. You can complete one section, for example, log off, and then log back on at a later time. The computer will record the section you have completed and give you reading credit. You can log on and off as many times as you wish until you complete the program. You can also do the entire course in one sitting.....it’s all up to you.

A. Some Internet users are knocked off line from time to time. This may result from a lost Internet connection, another call interrupting your connection if you are on a single line with call waiting, or simply because your computer crashes. Remember, as you complete each section of the course, your progress is recorded. Completion of any given section cannot be lost if your quiz answers are submitted to the system and graded on screen. Being knocked off line at that point will only bring you back to the start of the next section; it will not delete the previous section. Our website is unable to control your Internet connection and inactivity on your part will not result in our system knocking you off line. You are tested on your knowledge of the subject matter through a series of short quizzes and a final exam that must be scored with a passing grade of 80% or higher.
